Encounters with our Creator do occur in today’s world. A study conducted by the Pew Research Center found that 48 percent of Americans attest to having had a personal encounter with the Devine. These amazing moments should be shared.
This website is a storage place, a library where these amazing stories can be documented and kept for generations to come. Inspire others with your personal stories. Share those experiences you’ve had with the Creator. We would love to hear from you.

THE PEACH TREE

I was young and I didn’t understand why I had to be alive. It didn’t seem to make much sense to me. There was so much unhappiness everywhere, especially my mother….and my father. It was a difficult time. There was a lot of fighting and unrest and I kept to myself. I learned how to not ask for help, just to keep quiet and keep myself in tack. I didn’t understand why I had to be alive. I didn’t feel wanted. I felt like everything was my fault. That’s what children do, they think everything is their fault, so I thought it was my fault. “If I had not been born they wouldn’t be so unhappy.”
So I asked God what was the purpose. This was a big question for someone so small. I had come to know the Lord when I was eight and at this time I was nine-ish.
My sanctuary was the swimming pool in the backyard. I could go there and cry and no one would know. I could go underwater and scream and no one would know. I would always feel better in the pool and would stay in the water all day long. I love the water! And still do.
I ‘d have conversations with the Lord. It was purer then as I didn’t have all the worries and stuff of the world upon me. At tht time I just wanted to understand the “whys.” Why this and why that. I wanted to know the why behind having such an unhappy life.
And God showed me. Beside the pool there was a dwarf peach tree in a pot. It was a very pretty little spot by the pool where this peach tree sat in a prominent position. It was small, only about two feet high in a very bright yellow pot.
As I looked at that tree God spoke to me. He said, “That is your father, your father did not get all the love and nutrients and the role models that he needed growing up. So his love is smaller.” My dad’s ability to love is just smaller because he did not get the love he needed… and I understood.
That tree could put out one peach every year. That was it. But the peaches were regular size so you’d have this tiny little tree with this big fat peach. And the message became clear on that particular day by the pool We don’t all get the love that we actually deserve as humans and our capacity for loving is than dwarfed.
I felt compassion for my father knowing that when he was a little boy of eight years old his father took off leaving a household of nine kids behind. That was hard. So who could blame him for being a hard-hearted man? Who could blame him?
He provided for us. We never had to worry about that. It was just the lack of love that was missing.
It wasn’t until that peach tree that I realized that not all of us grow to our fullest potential because the birthright of love is not always met. My dad was doing the best that he could and I was doing the best that I could and maybe that is all that we can ask of each other.
Any maybe this is all actually a blessing. You don’t search for something unless something is missing. And you won’t find the source of all love, the true pure love of God until you find the need to search for it.

Can God Be Visually Seen?
It is questionable if we can see the face of God. Scriptures state that “You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live.” Exodus 33:20.
But we do see God in other ways. God will make Himself known using human proxies or spirit forms. Christ appeared on earth in a human form. There have also been accounts of Christ being seen in today’s world. The voice of God has been heard. The “out of the realm of human possibility” incidents are a first hand look at God at work.
This website is acting as a storage place, a library, where encounters with God can be documented and kept in order to make it possible for everyone to see what amazing and wonderful things God does when we acknowledge His presence.

God's Bewildering Ways of Communicating
When God makes His presence known He does so using the most unusual and unexpected forms. Biblical accounts involve the use of a talking donkey, a burning bush through which are heard audible sounds, a finger writing on a wall and so many other colorful and unexpected forms of expression. Taking in all of the various creative communication techniques are, in and of themselves, an awe-inspiring experience.
It is quite common for those having had an encounter with God to be hesitant in sharing their experience with others. This reluctance may be due, in part, to the fact that the circumstances involved within the encounter are so unusual that they are assumed to be in the catagory of “unbelievable.” But then, that is exactly what makes these encounters so unique and exciting - the fact that they are so far out of the norm.
As you read through the stories shared here in this website you will be able to experience first-hand some of the unusual communication forms used by God. You may also experience something else. Often those having had an encounter with God are reliving an intense moment where the spirit of God was strongly present in their life. That spirit continues to come through as they relive their stories and also , sometimes, as they are being read.
